Fully editable. I recommend removing the tabs you do not want the students to use to make cutting easier. Also, typing the subject on the tab makes it much more organized and uniform.
The word version uses the fonts, KG Broken Vessel Sketch and Janda Quick Note.

Teaching Tweets - I have my class Twitter handle in the @ area but you could have them do their name. I did this as a first day activity where they set their Goal for Math for the year. I allowed them to do it anonymously as I wanted real feedback!
